Plans are tiered by active subscriber count: Starter ($149/mo) Up to 65 active subscribers, Growth ($249/mo) Up to 150 active subscribers, Pro ($499/mo) Up to 300 active subscribers, and Enterprise is custom — as per requirement, let's talk. Annual billing saves you two months. If you outgrow your tier, we'll notify you and you have 30 days to upgrade before the next-tier rate auto-applies. Archived/inactive subscribers don't count.

We support three major WhatsApp integration providers depending on your kitchen's needs: (1) Zernio, for rapid, zero-infrastructure setup; (2) Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, for direct brand ownership and passing through message fees at direct cost; and (3) Twilio, for developer-level scale and unified communications. We provide an airtight Connection Verification gate inside your admin settings to guarantee your credentials are correct and messages will deliver successfully before saving the connection. Meta/Twilio fees, if applicable, pass through directly to you at cost.

No setup fee on any plan. Onboarding — application hosting, database provisioning, branding, your WhatsApp credentials, your initial menu — is included. Most kitchens go live in minutes of providing their assets and credentials.

Yes, on the Growth plan and up. You connect your own Stripe account in two minutes from Settings → Payments — paste your publishable key, secret key, and a webhook signing secret. Money from each charge flows directly into YOUR Stripe balance — Tiffin never touches the funds and takes no cut beyond your normal SaaS subscription. Stripe's processing fees (around 2.9% + 30¢ in Canada) apply per transaction. Refunds work both ways: issue them from our admin UI or from Stripe's dashboard — either way the ledger reconciles automatically.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point it will terminate. Please note that we do not offer automatic refunds for unused time. To request a refund under special circumstances, please contact our support team via our contact form.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Email support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET. Critical issues (service down, orders blocked) get a response within 4 business hours; high-severity within 1 business day; standard within 2. Pro and Enterprise plans get priority queueing.

Your data is yours. During an active subscription you can export everything (subscribers, orders, menus, payments) as JSON at any time. After termination, you have 30 days to request a final export — after that, we permanently delete it. We run automated backups with retention while you're a customer (daily for Growth/Pro; manual/on-demand for Starter).

Hosting is on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (application hosting + database) — both with HTTPS, JWT-based session management, and signed cookies. We don't sell or share your subscriber data. Infrastructure changes are announced with 30 days' notice.
